Our meat cleaver can cut meat with MINI ribs and bones. It CANNOT cut beef short ribs, beef bones, trotters, large ribs, larger bones or very hard frozen meat. For raw meat, direct cutting may cause adhesion, please understand, because almost ordinary kitchen knives will have this situation; you could freeze the meat for A LITTLE WHILE before cutting, but freezing can't for too long to avoid it becoming too hard and slippery
